DAILY SCHEDULE


DAY 1:
Welcome briefing: Get acquainted with the retreat and upcoming activities
Workshop: Relaxation & Breathwork – Learn the importance of relaxation for optimal performance
Dinner & Dive plan discussion

DAY 2:
Morning routine: Uddiyana bandha, lung warm-ups, and stretching
Launch Dive 1 (15-20m) with line work & safety drills on 7 Mile Reef
Workshop: Technique analysis with video review
Fitness training (strength & conditioning)
Dinner & Dive plan discussion

DAY 3:
Morning routine: Uddiyana bandha, lung warm-ups, and stretching
Launch Dive 2 (20-30m) with line work on Gotham Reef
Workshop: Equalization (EQ) Training – Master ear equalization techniques & control
Fitness training (strength & conditioning)
Dinner & Dive plan discussion with video review feedback

DAY 4:
Morning routine: Uddiyana bandha, lung warm-ups, and stretching
Launch Dive 3 (25-35m) with line work Gotham Reef
Video review feedback session
Yoga session: 1-hour vinyasa flow at Lake Sibiya
Dinner & Dive plan discussion
Farewell dinner & Workshop: Dive buddy etiquette & safe practices

DAY 5:
Morning routine: Uddiyana bandha, lung warm-ups, and stretching
Launch Dive 4 (25m to open line) in the DEEP BLUE!
PB Pancakes!
