Delivery Fees & Timing

Breathe deeply – here are the answers to your most urgent delivery questions.

Standard delivery time usually takes 2 – 4 weeks. However, delays of up to 6 weeks are expected to happen depending on the remoteness of a location, or local holidays.


What is the estimated delivery cost?

We make use local courier service and have a set delivery rate of R150 for orders up to 2kgs. This is inclusive of packaging and courier fees. Should you wish to ship a large order, please contact us for a quote.


Return Policy

Can I return my item(s)?

Not quite right? No problem! We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order in salable condition for a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging.


What if the packaging of my item is damaged?

Please check your package upon receiving. If you detect any damage that may have been caused during transportation, open the package in the presence of the postal employee. In the event of damage to the item, the postal worker is obliged to draw up a statement and sign it. For more information regarding further action, immediately contact us at info@saltescape.co.za


Are all items refundable?

Gift cards, sale items, and custom-made orders are non-refundable. There are certain situations where only a partial refund (or no refund at all) can be granted for other returned items, including standard items. This is the case if an item is not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts upon return, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Are shipping costs refundable?

Please note that we can not refund the shipping costs for your purchase or your return. If the refund is due to a faulty item, shipping and return costs are on us.


When do I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7 – 14 business days.


What if an item is faulty?

If you think your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, you have received a wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us at info@saltescape.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty.


How do I mail the return back to you?

Please take your item(s) to your nearest Pudo Locker at your own cost. We request that you acquire a proof of postage receipt and retain this until you receive an email confirmation that we have received your return and are processing it. Without a return tracking number, we may not be able to honor your return if it becomes lost in transit. We do not refund delivery costs.
