The concept of freediving is super simple. If you hold your breath and dive down under the water, you’re freediving. No tanks, no bottles, no tricks. Just you, your body and your breath.
Some may see freediving as extreme or risky because competitive freedivers have indeed pushed the boundaries of human limits. But for most, freediving is a safe, peaceful, and empowering way to connect with the world around you, and yourself.
